Creative R&D company leading globalization LOTTE R&D Center was founded in June 1983 with the goal to "contribute to people's health."

As Korea's top food R&D Center, it maintains research facilities with the most advanced equipment and distinguished professional researchers in the food industry, and manages research and development, as well as sanitation and safety control, of LOTTE's food-related facilities.

Recently, it has been focusing on fundamental research to find new growth engines and, by establishing R&D Centers in China, Indonesia and Vietnam, is growing into an advanced global food base that leads the world.
